  • WHY IS UBER CLEAN HOUSE DIFFERENT?

    We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction and treat every home as if it was our own. We are committed to sustainable and ethical practice. All our products are eco-friendly. We are currently the only cleaning service in Melbourne to accept bitcoin.

  • HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

    A confirmation of the booking request will be sent to the email address you enter on the online booking facility.

  • DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN THE CLEANER COMES?

    No you don’t, but when making a booking via our website be sure to leave special instructions about where the key can be found.

  • HOW MANY CLEANERS WILL CLEAN MY PLACE?

    Typically, one or two cleaners come to your home depending on the service provided and the time that it takes to complete.

  • HOW LONG WILL THE CLEANING TAKE?

    The time taken depends on the type of service that is chosen. If the cleaning needs to be finished by a certain time talk to us on our live chat facility.

  • WILL ONLY ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS BE USED?

    All our supplies are eco-friendly. Products that we use such as glass, bathroom, kitchen and floor cleaners are recognised environmentally friendly products. Chemicals are only used where they cannot be avoided, such as with deep stains or with steam cleaning.

  • DO I NEED TO PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES?

    We provide all the cleaning supplies. But if there are products that you prefer us to use please let us know under special instructions on the booking form.

  • IS THE UBER CLEAN HOUSE SERVICE INSURED?

    Our cleaners have Public Liability Insurance.

  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?

    You can cancel or reschedule as long as you provide us with 24 hours’ notice before the time that your service was scheduled to commence.

  • CAN I CONTACT UBER CLEAN HOUSE URGENTLY?

  • CAN A CLEANER COME TO MY PLACE ON A REGULAR BASIS?

    You don’t have to rebook every time you want a cleaner to come. When making the first booking please specify under special instructions that you would like us to come on a regular basis. If needed one of our consultants will contact you to better understand your needs.


OUR END OF LEASE CLEANING SERVICE

  • SHOULD MY PLACE BE UNFURNISHED FOR END OF LEASE CLEAN?

    Yes. When the cleaners arrive, the place should be unfurnished to allow cleaners access to all areas and ensure the cleaning meets real estate end-of-lease cleaning standards. If steam cleaning is required, all furniture should be removed in order for the carpet to be cleaned properly so you can get your bond back. In special circumstances we can do end-of-lease cleaning if the furniture is there. However, this must be communicated and agreed to by us via email before the booking is made. Surcharges may apply.

  • MY PROPERTY HAS DAMAGE. CAN THE CLEANERS TAKE CARE OF THIS?

    No. If the walls or other parts of the property are damaged they will need to be repaired by tradesman or other relevant party. Ensure you communicate with your real estate agent first to make sure the repairs are consistent with the current state of the property. Our cleaners will clean the property according to the real estate end-of-lease cleaning standards. Repairs to damage are outside the scope of this work.

  • DO YOU GUARANTEE 100% BOND BACK?

    Our commitment is to clean the property to real estate end-of-lease cleaning standards. This satisfies the cleaning requirements of end-of-lease. However, receiving your bond back may depend on other things such as damage to the property. This falls outside the scope of cleaning services.

  • HOW DO I PAY

    We accept EFT, credit card, PayPal and Bitcoin payment methods. Our friendly online booking facility will take care of your payment instantly. For EFT payments follow the instructions provided in our booking confirmation email.

  • WHY PAY IN ADVANCE?

    By streamlining payment through our online booking facility we provide the best possible service efficiently and cost-effectively. We believe that we have one of the best online booking services around.

  • HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO CLEAN MY HOUSE?

    Prices depend on the type of service requested and any extras provided. Our online booking facility quotes you the price for your chosen service. Prices are fixed per service and there are no hidden charges.

  • HOW SECURE ARE ONLINE PAYMENTS?

    We use secure payment methods. Payments are processed by Stripe through a fully secure 256 bit protocol over an extended SSL secured connection.

  • CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL THE BOOKING?

    Refunds are provided to the credit card, PayPal or EFT bank account that is used to make the booking, as long as 24 hours’ notice of the cancellation is provided before the time that the service was scheduled to commence.

  • ARE THERE ANY SURCHARGES?

    Yes, in some cases surcharges will apply depending on the services you require, or the day of your booking. Surcharges are as follows: Surchages

    To streamline our services we only accept cashless payment.

    You can provide feedback using the Contact Us or Live Chat facility on our website, or leave a message on our Facebook or Twitter pages. We welcome any feedback as it helps us improve our service.

  • WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE?

    We aim to provide you with 100% satisfaction. Concerns about services provided should be raised within 24 hours of the service in order for us to be able to respond to them properly. We are committed to responding promptly and efficiently to all matters raised.
